We coordinate, provide methods and support ("influence & enable"), but day-to-day execution and operational decisions are the responsibility of the CEO and the local management team.
Strategic alignment, common standards, reporting discipline and KPIs, support in systems and processes (e.g., CRM/ERP where applicable), and access to networks and capabilities to unlock growth and synergies.
Defining a common monitoring framework (KPIs, milestones, risks, and reporting) and escalating decisions when there are trade-offs, without interfering in day-to-day operations or replacing the local management team.
