Miguel Garrido de la Cierva is an Advisory Member of CAP Capital and one of the leading figures in the Spanish business ecosystem, with a career that combines entrepreneurship, institutional leadership, and high-level public responsibility.
Since 2019 , he has been President of CEIM-CEOE, an organization representing more than 240,000 companies in the Community of Madrid, a position to which he was re-elected in 2023, consolidating his role as a key interlocutor between the business community and institutions.
Founder of Viajes ECO in 1985, he has developed a solid business career parallel to his institutional activity, holding positions such as Vice President of Employment, Economy, and Technological Innovation and Advisor on the Environment for the Community of Madrid, as well as Manager of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce and President of Canal de Isabel II. His career also includes the presidency of AJE Madrid and CEAJE, and active participation in the boards of directors of CEIM and CEOE.
He is currently a Full Member of the Royal Academy of Gastronomy, reflecting his cross-cutting presence in economic, social, and institutional spheres.
