Joan Rojas Graell is an Advisory Member of CAP Capital, an economist and auditor with more than four decades of experience in consulting, insolvency, and business restructuring. A practicing economist since 1979 and registered with the ROAC as an auditor, he has developed a solid track record as an insolvency administrator and advisor specializing in economic restructuring, business viability, and corporate crisis management in multiple sectors.

Throughout his career , he has led complex bankruptcy proceedings, accompanying companies in critical situations and designing solutions aimed at financial continuity and stabilization.

His profile is complemented by outstanding academic activity: he has been director and professor of courses on Insolvency Administration and Restructuring at the Barcelona Associations of Economists and Lawyers (2005–2017), as well as author and co-author of technical works on insolvency and insolvency management published by leading publishers.

A regular speaker at economic conferences and seminars organized by professional associations, universities, and entities such as Foment del Treball, he brings to CAP Capital a high level of technical rigor and expert insight into viability and economic governance, which are essential for strengthening the group's financial and strategic solidity.
