Carlos Sedó is an international executive specializing in operations, business development, and corporate finance, with a career spanning industrial, technology, and consumer goods companies. He is currently CEO of Green Robotics & AI Solutions (Kivnon Robotics), a company within the Cap Capital group, where he leads the company’s growth strategy, international expansion, and operational consolidation.
Before taking on the role of CEO, he served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Director of Operations at Kivnon, during which time he led the operational execution and coordination of the internal capabilities needed to support the organization’s growth. Prior to that, he held the position of Global Sales & Business Partnerships Manager, driving international business development, forging strategic alliances, and identifying new business opportunities in various markets.
Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in Europe, Latin America, and the United States. As Market Manager for BrewDog in Peru, he led the launch and management of the company’s operations in the country, with responsibility for sales volume, revenue, profitability, and marketing investment.
Previously, he built his career in the fields of investment banking and financial consulting. At ICS LLC, he served as Vice President for Latin America and Iberia and participated in projects involving financing, business development, and capital raising in emerging markets. He was also part of the Deals & Corporate Finance practice at PwC Peru, where he worked on business valuations and transactions related to mergers and acquisitions, debt issuances, and financial analysis.
Carlos brings a strong combination of strategic vision, financial expertise, business acumen, and execution skills. His experience helps strengthen operations, drive international growth, and develop sustainable business structures within the group.
